We are CCCB

We are the Chinese Christian Church Brisbane (CCCB) – currently made up of four Member Churches in two locations in Brisbane. At both St Lucia and Coopers Plains, we have English and Chinese-speaking congregations as well as several fellowship groups for Christians and not-yet-Christians of all ages.

As our name suggests, we are mostly of Chinese ethnicity, but by no means exclusively so! Jesus Christ himself set no limit on who could place their faith in him as Lord and Saviour and our church is open to anyone wanting to learn more about or to follow him. We ourselves are committed to this through the teaching and studying of God’s Word, the Bible, in our Sunday services and fellowship groups.

Our churches

CCCB Huai En Tang 懷恩堂

The church was originally a Christian fellowship established in 1975 to serve the spiritual needs of Chinese overseas students and immigrants.

SLE Church

The ‘SL’ in ‘SLE’ means St Lucia. The suburb our church is located in. The ‘E’ stands for Evangelical.

Coopers Plains Evangelical Church

CPE Church is a community centred on the life-giving message of Jesus Christ. We’re not into ‘religion’ – we care about relationships, and we’d love to see everyone in a life giving relationship with Jesus.
